| Bio Andrew E. Jurman graduated from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography. He experimented both in Color and Black & White, using such techniques as Solarization, Gum Printing, Quick-Print and Multiple Exposure in the camera and in the darkroom. A Rochester, New York resident since 1983, Andrew has gained recognition for his experimental work in Photography. He has had work selected for National Art Competitions, received Merit and Purchase Awards and has been published in calendars and magazines. Mr. Jurman’s work is on display at several major corporations in Rochester, New York, and has been exhibited at over twenty art galleries in and around the Rochester, New York area. Andrew is currently being represented by Rochester’s Esmay, (formerly Shoestring) Gallery, the Owl 57 Galleries in Woodmere, New York and the Chroma Art Gallery in San Francisco. Mr. Jurman’s photographs represent a unique style of work that he has been experimenting with for over twenty years.
